From May 10, 2024, a modern and equipped office on the first floor of the building will be available for lease. The premises are situated in a central location within the building, directly opposite the main entrance/exit, with easy access for both employees and clients. In 2022, the rooms underwent a complete cosmetic renovation, with LED lighting installed, blinds, and water supply/sewage connections. The existing client reception area has been fitted with a "kitchenette corner" - providing the option to purchase and retain a sink and kitchen furniture if necessary (photo with kitchen not available).
There is a shared bathroom on the floor.
